קדם ניהול פרויקטים נוסדה על ידי טל גולדפרב בשנת 2000 ומאז צברה ידע וניסיון רב בניהול ויעוץ על מאות פרויקטים מורכבים בארץ וביוון.
המטרה שלנו ולהוביל כל פרויקט בנייה מורכב לסיומו המוצלח עבור היזם במקצוענות ורגישות ללא פשרות.
מתוך הבנה עמוקה לצרכים של היזם והפרויקט אנו פועלים בקפדנות, שקיפות, ראיה רחבה, רגישות, בהתמדה וקור רוח.

Kedem Project Management was founded by Tal Goldfarb in 2000, and has since accumulated extensive knowledge and experience managing and consulting on hundreds of complex projects in Israel and Greece.
Our mission is to lead every complex construction project to its successful completion for the developer - with professionalism and sensitivity, without compromise.
With a deep understanding of the developer's and project's needs, we operate with precision, transparency, broad vision, sensitivity, persistence, and composure.
Above all - with a great sense of responsibility and immense passion.
טל גולדפרב ,יליד 1968 ,מייסד קדם ניהול פרויקטים, עוסק בניהול פרויקטים כ - שלושה עשורים.
במהלך השנים הוביל עשרות רבות של פרויקטים פרטיים ומסחריים, בישראל ובחו״ל, משלב הרעיון ועד סיום הביצוע ומסירת הפרויקט למזמין.
הניסיון העשיר של טל גולדפרב מאפשר ראייה רחבה של כלל גורמי הפרויקט, מהפרטים הקטנים ועד התמונה הכוללת, לצד הבנה של הממשקים האנושיים, תכנון ובקרה מדויקים של לוחות הזמנים וקבלת החלטות נכונות לאורך הדרך.
קדם פועלת במודל בוטיק ומלווה מספר מצומצם מאוד של פרויקטים במקביל, מתוך מחויבות מלאה לניהול מדויק, וזמינות גבוהה.
Tal Goldfarb, born in 1968, founder of Kedem Project Management, has been managing construction projects for nearly three decades.
Over the years, he has led dozens of private and commercial projects in Israel and abroad - from the initial concept through execution and final delivery to the client.
Tal Goldfarb's extensive experience enables a comprehensive view of all project factors - from the smallest details to the overall picture - alongside an understanding of human interfaces, precise planning and control of timelines, and making the right decisions along the way.
Kedem operates on a boutique model, accompanying a very limited number of projects simultaneously, with full commitment to precise management and high availability.
